It’s an oasis for Wichita Falls really. Two items however… the tub in our room had large curves around the base and my wife fell taking a shower, so be careful. Other, minor issue was the ice machines do not work so had to go to lobby each time for ice. But the staff was more than pleased to help.

Nice hotel, nice lobby with restaurant, coffee shop, etc. easy check in. Pool was really nice and almost empty our whole stay, so enjoyed having it to ourselves. Issues with room heat/cool at times, and room smelled like bbq each evening. Very comfortable beds!

Unable to give us two rooms on the same floor. Disjointed bar/restaurant service: Salads arrived before cocktails, followed by entrees a few minutes later. Cold food by the time we got to it. Asked for a glass of wine to accompany steak. Repeatedly checked with waiter. After 20 minutes, went to the bar myself. Was told that the wine I ordered from the menu was no longer sold by the restaurant. As if that explained the delay. No hint of an apology!

Absolutely horrible property. It is under construction and no water during the days but they only tell you that after you check in. Do not stay here!
