Wish pool had am hours or later til 10 pm. No coffee in room but had available in breakfast room by check in.

Our room was across from the pool so the chlorine smell was strong. The room looked clean, but the carpet was dirty. There were tears in the carpet in the hallways. The door into the hallway from outside did not lock. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and pieces of tile were missing. We had to ask for additional wash clothes and towels for our second night. The property looked very nice from the outside, but the inside did not measure up.

Up at 8 am and went to breakfast. Got back to the room at 9 and go to fill the tub up. No hot water is coming out. I let it run for 5 minutes. Nothing remotely close to warm water came out. Checked the bathroom and the sink. No hot water there either. So basically spent almost 300 bucks to sleep in a hard bed for the night.

The room had a bad smell. The hotel is old and needs maintenance and more attention.

the property was not very clean. the rooms were old and worn out.repairs to walls and doors started but left unfinished. I paid for a courtyard view but the window was so old and fogged over we couldn't see out it. the small patio off our room was filthy and had cigarette butts all over the ground. the outside chairs were so dirty you couldn't sit in them. the pool was very cloudy and cold. the hallways did not have air-conditioning and it was very hot. the temps outside were in the 90's. the air in the rooms did work. I asked for towels and didn't receive them and when we asked the desk for them no apology or anything. front desk staff was not rude but not friendly nor concerned for the guests at all. very noisy neighbors and front desk did try to calm them down after I had to tell them the room number of where the noise was coming from at 3:15 in the morning. This is not a cut rate hotel, very pricy, I felt ($160 a night), for what it was. didn't try the breakfast somewhat afraid to eat their food. Outside doors were to be locked at 10 pm but they were not locked. not very secure! NEVER, NEVER stay there!!! very bad!!

Although this hotel was not up to my standards, the customer service was that Sam provided phenomenal

Dirty rooms with holes in the wall, I had to change mine as soon as I checked in. Cobwebs and bugs in several of the hallway light fixtures, spots on walls in rooms and hallways, filthy bathrooms in the lobby, spots and stains on floors and unsecured side entrance doors that don't lock.

The property looked very nice on the outside. Room was spacious, bed/pillows good. Breakfast had ok selection. Room looked renovated but the workmanship in bathroom was sloppy and made it look unappealing. Good location, safe and quiet.

The hot tub literally started spraying all over the room staff gave us 3 towels to clean up water and didn’t have another room !

This is a nice place to stay if you are traveling by yourself or need to save money with a family. The rooms are definitely in a state of disrepair. Breakfast was pretty much what you would expect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

free breakfast yumyyyy
-
The ceiling by the bathroom had a hole and was leaking. When we got there, the carpet was wet as if it had just been cleaned which was great, what was not great was the blood stains that were by the bathroom door frame, and they looked fresh. We were not able to sleep all night because we felt unsafe.

If you are expecting a 3 star hotel the this not the one

It was a good room for what we paid for. There is no elevator on this property. The breakfast buffet was decent. We did let them know the tv in the living room area was not working. No one came and tried to fix it. The location is great. Lots of options for different cuisines in the area. I would come back for an over night stay but not a couple days like we did.

Breakfast was great

Despite being advertised as a smoke free facility, room reeked of smoke. Stray hairs on the bedding and in room hot tub, walls appeared as though they were peeling, dirt and grime in the corners of the room. Not clean whatsoever, couldn’t even stay a night, front desk staff was great in terms of being helpful and understanding, but place was so poorly maintained.
-
You get what you pay for. The rooms are not too bad but the place is definitely far from new. I just stay here for business when I'm alone but i'd never bring a female here. The breakfast is the usual terrible cold cereal and crappy waffles but to some people that's great. The pool water looked pretty questionable with a bunch of loud ghetto kids in it so I guess it depends upon your expectations.

No fitness room as advertised and the corridor smells, breakfast is okay.
