Toilet seat was loose and off centered, Did not like breakfast. Dirty waffle cooker, covered with grease and grime. Drinks did not taste good.

The rooms were very cleaned and had the fresh clean smell throughout the whole build. Will definitely being staying here every time we go to Lake Charles.

The hotel and room were clean. The staff was helpfull and professional.

I only stayed at the hotel for 1 night, checked in at about 6pm and left came back to the room close to 12am. The room looked clean but when I checked the sheets I found stains and hair. I was already super tired was only going to sleep for a couple of hours anyway so I just slept on top of the covers. Also very dusty!!

Water faucet on the sink had no pressure, it was basically dripping. Luckily the bathroom shower had no issues. When i went to let the front desk know about the issue, the only thing the guy said was “it’s probably because we are fully booked”. Made no attempt to remedy the situation. I was only there for one night so i just pressed forward with it.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel lobby was kind of "under construction" however nothing was in the way. The bed was comfy and we got a great night's sleep.

I think this is cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. I could tell the housekeepers take pride in their work. Being clean made the room feel comfortable as well. Walls are a little thin for my liking but I still got a good night's sleep. I will definitely be staying here again & recommend to my friends & family.

Wasn’t as clean or as well maintained as I would appreciate. I felt a bit icky in the room as there were stains on the walls in places, and some food smears left around the fridge and microwave area. I was already stressed over personal circumstances and I wanted a bit more comfort for the night.
