The rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a mid level Marriott. It’s fine. The m club is nice enough but not sure worth the extra cost. It also wasn’t as well stocked as I’d have expected. And the $12 nightly parking charge is simply ludicrous. And it wasn’t shared beforehand. I would not pay $200+ a night to stay here again, it’s in the $120-150 price range, especially with the parking charge. I was there for a few nights and the soap and water were not replenished. Odd.

2. The drinking water offered in the lobby was unfiltered. Tasted like it came from the lake. OMG. Come on! 3. Room service dishes and tray were not removed from the room. I came back to the room late. No bath mat, dirty room service dishes in room. Terrible. This hotel is awful. Marriott you need to do so much better than this. I doubt I’ll stay at any Marriott again. And I’ll likely sell the stock in the company I own.

Booked a king bed thru the app. That’s what Marriott listed and offered to fill room vacancies. Get to the hotel early evening and they had no King Bed rooms available — didn’t mention anything while checking in until head into the room the 1st time and see it’s not a King. Head down and let them know booked a king. They said they’d look and precede to inform me that’s the policy thru 3rd party. Don’t represent having something that you can’t provide. I made the decision based on the type of room l. If wasn’t available, simply would’ve chosen a different place to stay. Asked them to cancel the reservation and refund me and this is where they then patronizingly tell me “Yeah, we can cancel the room but you won’t get a refund.” I wanted to respond “do I look stupid” and said “In what way does that make any sense”. The Director of Operations was totally dismissive. Never had an issue booking a king bed room thru the app numerous times at many different hotels. Simply will never give Marriottt business any more.

I would stay here again it was very nice and the breakfast add on is SO worth it very good!

Staff assisted with check in professionally and quickly. Our room was clean in all areas. Ate breakfast both days and it was very good with someone available as needed in the Concierge area. Didn’t use the bar, but those there appeared happy with their service. Would definitely recommend the Marriott to others looking for a place to stay for a few days

Absolutely worth the price, breakfast was great.

The customer service was great. Everyone was super polite and nice. The pool was amazing. The lounge was great for waters and snack. We had trouble with our door the entire time and the shower door kept opening while showering. Besides that it was a great stay.

The service was great overall, just a small incident with a staff when I was questioned multiple times the access to the club or breakfast when I was advised that I had full access.
