Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach

This was a brand-new hotel. Facilities were top notch. Rooms are clean and comfortable for hanging out and working. I didn't like that there were only a few restaurants within walking distance - a sports bar and a Long Horn.

2nd time we stayed here. 1 night, not much time in hotel this trip but beds and bathroom clean and staff pleasant and helpful! No complaints!

Room was never cleaned and they said there was a Do Not Disturb label on the door which there never was

Room was clean so was the fitness center, breakfast had good variety

We stayed here for one night. Our room was clean, modern and bed was comfortable and a great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Fantastic place! Thankfully the reviews held up to their promises! Very clean, very friendly, extremely quiet!

The hotel was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable. There is a self-service alcove with convenience items and snacks, but prices were exorborant. Breakfast was fine and what you'd might expect from a hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

Very nice close to restaurants

Location was great I booked a king suite for my sisters birthday. I paid for the room through Booking, the room was in her name, when she went to check in she was told by the front desk staff that the room hadn't been paid for and that she had to pay. I sent her the confirmation I received from booking showing the room was paid for, the front desk staff refused to accept that and made her pay for the room. This hotel cheated my sister out of $$$. Whoever was at the front desk, was running a scam!

Great location if you are in the Palm Beach/West Palm Beach area. It’s close to the airport and local attractions in the area.

Everything was great. It was my first time there..The only thing I wasn’t crazy for the way the doors slammed shut when you walk in or walk out. when you’re in a hotel people do come and go at all different hours for very different reasons. I would think that would be a way that the door shuts, but not with that big slam.!! other than that it was great! Friendly staff as well..

10/10! I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and tucked away from the busy areas, making for a peaceful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again!
