Location is great, and there is garage nearby (5 min walk) which you can book yourself via a parking app so you don't need to pay the expensive parking from the hotel. Overall cleanliness and most hotel staff was excellent. Unfortunately we had a lot minor issues which leads to an overall negative review ("disappointing") because for a hotel of this class and price we expect excellent service and had high expectations, so we can't recommend it: - Reception directly blocked 800 Dollars on the credit card at check in for additional services like the mini bar or restaurant even as we said we won't use it or pay directly when using the service - Bathroom mirror and toilet lights didn't work and after telling reception the next day still nothing changed for the whole stay - Electronic door escutcheon hull was damaged - it worked but you expect also that the front door doesn't look like at a cheap 50 dollar motel - the mini bar freezer was leaking water / and no fridge space for our stuff (even a water didn't fit) - we only went once to the pool one afternoon but then there were no towels available and all pool loungers haven't been cleaned to use again - we had to ask for everything: used towels were gone the second day but new ones haven't been provided, hairdryer was not initially provided, no additional toilet paper role, shower gel hasn't been filled up every day Overall you can find a cheaper alternative in that area (hotel or airbnb) and don't need to pay the premium price.

Amazing hotel with a roof top pool and a restaurant by Wolfgang also on tge roof top.

Beautiful views from the roof and pool and the decor was great. For a hotel of this caliber and cost there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. Things like towels that felt rough and were unraveling at the sides, paper cups for coffee in the room, only one robe provided per room and no slippers, and pretty average quality bathroom products. The little details are what makes a hotel standout in it's class and are where I felt the Sun Rose failed to deliver.

The location, room was comfortable and great gym. Its a bit run down, and not very stylish- more kitsch or maybe it was stylish in the early 2000s

Everything nice, well kept and clean As soon as you leave, they simply do not care anymore. They charged me more than what was due, 1 month after i'm still waiting to get the money back. It would be nice for them to answer the emails as well.....
