Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Des Moines - Jordan Creek by IHG

There were 8 chairs throughout the bushes and made it look very trashy. Beds were a positive, very comfortable

Room was clean and fresh smelling. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Great location not far from the interstate with many restaurants and activities nearby. We will be visiting again!

The staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful.

It was a typical room. A little scum in the corner is the bathroom. We had to also get extra towels and wash clothes as they only had 2 in the room. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30. We went down around 8:45 and there were only a few items left. We waited and nothing ever got replenished.

It was a good stay, would recommend.

4 towels for a double queen would have been nice, but everything was great!!

Great close place to stay in DSM.

Location was great. And it was very clean and comfortable. We stayed during a youth baseball tournament weekend. A little busy with lots going on inside the building.

The breakfast was not as good as it usually is at Holiday Inn Express hotels.

Room was clean, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Breakfast was great if everything worked. No pancakes. Juice machine didn’t work. Coffee bar not working.

I got double charged at this hotel the staff needs better training. It’s been over a month and still haven’t recieved the money back.

Clean room, helpful friendly staff. The beds were soft enough but provided good sleep. Very quiet. Good breakfast selections. Will stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

Bed’s were fairly good. Shower was excellent. Workout room is small but was to be expected from a hotel chain. Sheets on the pullout couch were dirty. Staff did not have anything to replace them with. We suggested 2 flags sheets. Finally we received a room on the third floor, but were not told that the third floor elevator was not working. We’re an athletic family, so no problem walking the stairs, it would have been nice to at least have bee told though, my dear wife amhad a migraine from the road, and both of us were haggard and so figuring out sheets and lack of towels caused a lot of walking. Not a single apology from the staff. Customers service could have made the stay significantly better.

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hot breakfast had a great variety of options, making it easy to find something everyone in our family enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!
