Naomi, at the front desk, was totally welcoming, well-mannered, and helpful. She made our stay worthwhile. Even gave me a suggestion of getting the Hilton Honors app to make reservations. Kudos to her!

Room was very small no better than any cheap Motel, they took 50 $ at arrival in case we damage something, this policy I see it only at very low and cheap hotels

We had to wait for 16 minutes as there was no one to check in when we arrived after 7pm.

The property was clean, but could use some attention: scuffed door, stain on a curtain. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

They went above and beyond to assist us and accommodate my flight delays

Everyone that was working during my stay was so very kind! The only 2 things that bothered me was that I did go out and buy Clorox cleanup to clean my bathroom before I used it because it was obvious the cleaner didn’t do a thorough job, however, I’m a professional house cleaner so I’m probably a bit more picky than others. Second, there were air fresheners in the elevators that sprayed so much spray everytime the door opened and I ended up with a bad nights sleep the first night from coughing and an uncomfortable respiratory tract. I just used the stairs after that. The breakfast was very good and the outside of the property was kept very clean as well!

Room to small, no closet.

Very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was awesome. We will be staying there again. We leave in town but just wanted a quick get away with a pool and this place was perfect

I cannot say enough about the staff - they were amazing. I arrived late in the evening and had a little hiccup with the AC unit. The evening front desk person came up and took a look at the AC unit and fix it in five minutes. The breakfast was a good meal as well.

Everything was great besides the size of the room it was kinda tight with little walking room

It’s listed online several different times that a crib is available, that’s why we chose this location. Upon check in we were notified that cribs are not available. Which made our stay very inconvenient .There was also hair and dirty water marks left in the shower/tub.

Clean On highway

Ok to stay if you are passing through. It was clean. Back of remote was missing, parking lot was not well lit, breakfast was average and the bedding was average. I figured out why the toaster wasn't working. Just a bunch of nit-picky stuff. The maid walked in at 8 am without nocking while we were sleeping. The staff were really polite. I would stay there again.

This “supervisor” was of no help and frankly just didn’t care. Once I requested to speak to the GM, “she doesn’t want to be bothered on her day off” but it’s ok to inconvenience all of your guests. After requesting to speak Roth the GM again he “made a call” and then agreed to clean the pool once it closed. The room was sub par. Hair was stuck to the backsplash of the shower, fridge would not get cold, no toilet paper in the room. Clearly obvious that room service just “spot cleans” these rooms. The only positive of this whole stay at this Hampton Inn was at check out, knowing I was getting outta there and didn’t have to speak to them to check out! Steer clear of this place! If in this area stay across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn!

Bed was a little uncomfortable

Didn't get the room we reserved. Had to take a kind with a pullout for 3 adults and a child. That was not a comfortable sleep. Our first room had smoke smell, however they did move us.
