Everything related to the experience with the hotel and its staff was simply perfect. We loved the location, the ease of parking, the design of the room, the comfort of the bed, the views over one of the central streets and the beautiful violin music emanating from street players at around 10:00am,... pretty magical indeed. Thank you so much for such a loving job and place!!! There is nothing I disliked. Perhaps the only caveat for foreigners willing to use the sauna is that nakedness is rather the custom in Austria and with the sauna integrated into the fitness room chances are you will not be in intimate retreat let us say :) To me personally, no problem, I am rather comfortable in my own skin even if anyone else I may not know is around. By the way, the sauna is awesome!

It was second time for us of staying in hotel Hauser. We had that evening very friendly and nice ladies at reception. The room was nice. The breakfast was perfect, the lady by the breakfast was very friendly and made for us coffee ( for our children chocolate milk) and we got vitamine shot from her. Everything was perfect this stay, thank you very much!

The pool on the roof was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were average tho, but when they moved us to another room due to the non-working air conditioner, we got a much better room. Too much problems with air conditioning. Parking nearby was good but expensive. Breakfast average.

I liked the style of the hotel. The room had a coffee machine, which made delicious coffee. I didn’t understand how to access the swimming pool on the top floor.

I loved the building itself which is a beautiful old but renovated building. The staff was so helpful even when we arrived at 1 AM and no one was at the reception, they still managed to help us perfectly. I traveled with my partner to a two-person room. From the beginning, it was unclear that we had to pay extra if we stayed as two people. Even when checking out it was not asked to pay more for the second person. after a couple of hours via email, we were informed that we needed to pay extra. This matter could be handled better, clearly from the beginning.
