Parking was another big plus. It was easy to access and only $22 per night, which is a great deal compared with parking prices in New York. The guest service was outstanding and the hotel looked great from inside. The one major issue—and something I think management should seriously look into—was the quality of the pillows. They were far from comfortable and made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable either. Improving the bedding would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.

Check-in was a disaster. I was given my key and no explanation as to where things were, what’s included and what’s not. The halls were full of carts and laundry. My room phone did not work. I went on a scavenger hunt to find my remote. The mini mart was empty with the exception of beers. The three stars were only for the views. It was busy during my stay but that was no excuse for the price I paid. I also had to pay for an upgrade because they gave me the wrong room. Horrible experience.

Great hotel.. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay close to the MetLife stadium or American Dream Mall.

Helpful staff; great location; excellent view of manhattan; ferry ride to and from manhattan adds special vibe to stay. Stayed here 2 times and definitely coming back in the future.

Nice hotel, needs a little TLC. The ceiling was peeling and the bathroom shower head needed to be tightened.

My only complaints are the cost of parking was more than expected, and after multiple requests to have a room on the same floor as another family, they were not able to accommodate our request.
