They don’t provide free breakfast

No live person to check in. Was a virtual person. Could not get towels that was needed. No pool towels. Breakfast was a package of 3 little donuts and coffee, no fruit, cereal, toast or juice and no water. This is not breakfast. And to pay over $120 per night for room and no help is ridiculous. Highly disappointed.

This hotel is almost perfect. The only thing that was missing was a hot breakfast and an elevator, other than that everything was good.

The room was prefect. When we first arrived to our room there was a crab on our bed…. I have never seen towels configure in to animals… so adorable

There was no one on site to help. I checked in and addressed my issues with an agent on a kiosk whom couldn’t resolve. There was no breakfast, all they had was coffee and granola bar. Very disappointed since one of my must haves is breakfast at a hotel. Once in room the iron board was broken and since iron was attached to the board I had to drag it with me to a near outlet to be able to iron my clothes.

For coffee lover no sugar in the room. Not enough shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom… In breakfast room. There is only coffee and some packed chocolate donuts and protein bars. No fruits..

Bathtub drain was not glued or caulked. Went to open the drain cover and inside the drain was grimy and black. The room smelled bad at check in. The next morning, the room attendant used a lot of Pine Sol and it was burning my lungs. On the receipt was the time for "breakfast." It read 7am-11am "Grab-n-go breakfast." 😳 Never heard of that before. Found out it is just coffee, tea, granola bar, and 3-pak store brand donut gems. 😳😳 On Hotels.com booking it said that breakfast was provided. After I booked the room, it read continental breakfast was provided. Then, on my receipt at the hotel it was Grab-n-go. It struck me odd that there was a room service menu in the room. Room service? They're giving a granola bar and coffee. Where are they making your food for room service? Not a good experience. I told the guy in the TV at the kiosk that we were very displeased and that we would not be staying our second night. He didn't seem apologetic or even try to keep our business. I'm guessing they're getting used to disappointing people. Unfortunate.

Clean rooms, cold a/c friendly staff. Awesome stay will definitely be back when in town!

The property location was decent I have what I believe to be bed bug bites since they appeared that night and got worse. I left on July 4 which would have been the 3rd because of this. The hotel did not provide any refund. I had to get a different hotel for that day which was expensive. I noticed there was a musty smell along with the cleaning solution scent. This is due to bed bugs.

Room smelt awful, water smelt like mildew. I feel like I need a need a new shower after the shower I took at the hotel. So bad. So disappointed.

It’s not a bad place for a one night quick stay. I didn’t care for the video check in process. It seems impersonal and cheep.

Beautiful pool

The room was nice and cold. The beds were very comfortable!!

First thing was there was no human in the lobby, I had to talk to a Kiosk. Se could not answer a question. We asked for extra towels and she said they were in a locker in the entry...nothing there, then she said we would have towels in the morning......no towels ever made it to us. I couldn't take a shower in the morning cause the shower was at a trickle! Days Inn.....never again! Wyndham used to mean good and now it's name is associated with cheap run down hotels.

I picked this place because it said it had breakfast however there was no breakfast, a small pack of donuts, and coffee is all. No juice, no cereal, nothing like other hotels saying breakfast. It was a disappointment.

The room was nice. Bed comfortable Several things. No front desk personnel. All communication is done through a kiosk. I had to replace my room key card twice. The toilet was made for small. Really shallow and low to the floor. It was raining and my floor would get wet from water coming up from underneath the floor.
