Alaska's Lake Lucille B&B

Check-in was very easy. The grounds are absolutely immaculate with plenty of beautiful flowers. The room was very clean and provided instructions were clear and easy to follow. Carol did an amazing job with breakfast! Highest recommendation!

What great place to stay! The host is very pleasant and very well organized. The grounds are beautiful. It’s a no brainer!

One thing Expedia needs to change is the check-in time. It is not limited to a 4:00-8:00 window. There is late checkin. Carol leaves your information posted on the front door so you don't need to rush to get there.

Great rooms at a breathtaking location, hosted by a proprietor who is the soul of hospitality. Some folks genuinely care about others. You’ll meet one of those special folks here. Easily one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at! It boasts a stunning location right on the shores of Lake Lucille, exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast to top it off. Highly recommended!

This exceeded all my expectations of a B&B. The owner was super friendly , sharing about her life and her home. To say it was beautiful doesn't say enough. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh cooked and delicious- and the coffee was wonderful. To be able to walk around her lovely yard down to the lake and sit and unwind was terrific. If you are looking for accommodations in Anchorage ,close to the airport , stay here. I can't recall if there was fresh fruit at breakfast, that would have been nice.

The property is beautiful, peaceful and right on the lake. Amazing gardens, delightful host with a most delicious breakfast. They may want to mention the stairs as not everyone may be able to navigate them with ease. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of beautiful home made quilts for the chilly nights.

Great Location, the host was incredibly friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning. The property is beautifully situated on the lake, and we were fortunate enough to witness the breathtaking midnight sun. The bed was comfortable, and we had booked a room with a private bathroom. However, the room had a few drawbacks. There were a bunch of window fans that added to the pressure in the room. Despite this minor inconvenience, the property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The surrounding natural beauty is stunning, and I would highly recommend this property for a memorable stay.

The property was beautiful. The host was great and made an excellent breakfast. On the negative side; the mattress was pretty bad and needs to be replaced and the way the shower curtain was hung made the shower very narrow, but it could be easily fixed.

Close to downtown Wasilla. We were heading out to Willow so this was a great location. Should be noted there are outside steps to the entry door and since it was raining you had to proceed with caution. But we’re 75 and 79 and made it just fine.
