We got a message less than 24hrs before we were supposed to arrive saying that our room wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. They had to rebook us their sister hotel but i was the one that had to keep following up with them. We didn’t even stay here but the communication could’ve been better. I highly recommend Floyd at Coda on Half for helping us secure our reservation at their hotel

The staff was beyond nice and welcoming. The location was a little confusing to find at first as well. The room 724 had a tv only in the living room but the remote did not work. WiFi also did not work inside the room or even walking towards the room. Staff was unable to get new batteries or fix the wifi in the room. There for it was a very quiet night. The balcony door also did not work and some random trash was left under the couch.

When we got there they said there was no reservation. Then they said reservation was cancelled durnto maintenance issues then moved us to another location that was very far from where we needed to be. We ended up paying Uber for multiple trips. They did upgrade us but we didnt need that upgrade because we ended up paying for transportation. Trip was really ruined.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is a little different experience than checking into a hotel because they’re actually studio apartments but once we figured it all out, it was fine.

Great condo unit clean and quiet. Cute cafe and a few restaurants in a new neighbourhood but few amenities within walking distance. One bus to Union station but a bit of a pain to get to the National Mall so took Ubers.

I couldn’t find the place, no person would answer the phone and I canceled and now have to fight for my refund!! Very disappointed. I don’t know I couldn’t find it

We loved the employees Momma Keisha, Johnathan, Helen and Julisha were all so helpful and one of the best parts of our trip.

Customer Service was great. Tisha made our check out process really easy, and kept our suitcases since our flight was later that day.
