I thought that the hotel could be better maintained. There were several dirt spots on the floor and I thought the hotel could use additional room updates.

The seated, hot breakfast was not very good and not worth the cost. On day two I got a yogurt/fruit cup at the counter and that was a better choice.

The location was great. It was the halfway point between everywhere we wanted to go. The Westin is one of my favorite hotels. I think the staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. Room keepers came around a little too late.

I booked two double beds as I was traveling with my 16 yr old daughter for a College ID CAMP and after a very long road trip the room I paid for was not available, I was given a king bed, an adult male cannot share a bed with a 16 year old girl, we had to wait a very long wait for a cot to be brought up after traveling 7 hrs, not to mention, I got no rest as there was some sort of construction going on at the hotel. I did not get the room I paid for, this is not acceptable.

This hotel was amazing. I come to DC at least twice a year for work and this time I brought my family with me. The staff went above and beyond for me and my family, definitely will be staying again!
