Pendry Washington DC - The Wharf

The property was amazing and the service as well as the staff amazing and the valet guy was great too. Overall my stay at this property was truly amazing. I will be coming back soon to enjoy this beautiful and amazing property. I can’t say anything that I didn’t like. Because everyone and everything was amazing, even the other guests.

Exceptional

The corner suite has amazing views and lovely decor. The staff were very helpful, turndown service and in-room dining was impeccable. The rooftop bar, downstairs bar, and poolside lounging were a perfect summertime vibe.

Unfortunately I can not rate the property because while we were on our way there they cancelled our reservation stating they were overbooked. We had a sunset cruise booked and dinner reservations for my husband’s birthday and the hotel that was offered to us was not near the waterfront at all, ruined the evening.

Amazing experience! It was such a getaway

The property is in a great location. It is clewan and well appointed although the rroms are very small. The front desk staff was not very welcoming. I mentioned that we were locals but were going to be staying at the Pendry in NYC next montyh and could have cared less I dont think either one of them smilled once. Bell men were friendly. The manager at the pool was fantastic! She was what we are used for a high end property. She was attentive, anticipated our needs and was friendly and kind. Sad to say that compared to the rest of the staff she seemed out of place and should be at a Four Seasons or Aman property. Won't be coming back.

Second time we have been back here and were very excited to come back. It did not disappoint. It has to be one of the best hotels in DC. Has good old fashion personalized service that make all the difference. You can tell by the small touches and quality finishes around you that this is a special place. Highly recommend over any other option.

Great hotel, in a great location. However, you have to upgrade to a suite in order to get a good view.

This is an amazing hotel even though we stayed one night i am looking forward to other stays ,longer stays at different locations..I was absolutely impressed

Nice stay. Pool was closed due to the weather and that is what I was really looking forward to.

The location is Great. Water and restaurants and access. The staff were terrible. Rude for a 5 star. Also very cheap, they charge you for everything. For the cost, you can find much better service.

This is an exceptional property. The location is great, the staff very professional, and the rooms are not huge, but are very nicely appointed. The breakfast at Moonraker is also excellent. The views were amazing. Highly recommend.
