The location is just perfect, staff helpful and friendly, wellness center is well equipped. The food is of good quality, but gets a bit boring after 3 days. Dinner doesn’t really surprises, a 3 course (4 if you count the salad, which isn’t really exciting). You can (and should because it’s worth it) change to either a cheese or a “Chinese” fondue, but you only get to see the standard menu just before dinner. You need to make the choice before you even know the menu. Breakfast could use some more variety in meat.

The hotel was outstanding in every respect - the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the facilities were perfect for us. It also helped that the snow was incredible and it couldn’t have been easier to get onto the slopes, a daily ski to Lech, Zurs, and even across to St Anton. The packed lunch on our departure day (early start) was also very thoughtful!

Immediate access to the ski lifts, comfy and chic interior design, great spa facilities Disorganized Christmas dinner with unexpectedly bad service. However, the team rectified the bill to compensate for all the inconvenience

Location to ski lift was phenomenal. Breakfast was incredible. Bar was great. Dinner was fantastic. Beds were too firm.

Beautiful modern hotel, rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hotel is right next to the ski lift offering an amazing ski in and out experience. The breakfast offered an abundance of options. The staff wasn’t well trained and therefore experienced mixed service. The pool in the spa was cold and the shower water also was only lukewarm.

The staff were excellent. Super helpful, kind, professional! The general manager. The day before our arrival in emailed him to say we were driving and should i be aware of anything. Instead of telling me the road from Lech was closed he said everything was fine and that we would be ok with snow tyres. We came to Lech the year before and the road was open. We were not to know that this was not normal. He then told me to check the small print which was not helpful. He did not do his job properly. Also the wait between starter and main course at dinner is way too long. You have already started digesting!!
