Extremely friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Difficult to regulate AC in the room.

The decor is great and so is the location.great job on the interior. Rude Gen Z staff have no customer service skills! The housekeeping is the worst we have ever had. Room not been vacuumed for days, I ate a pretzel with sesame seeds and they stayed on the floor for days. On day 3 of the same sheets on our bed, I stripped the bed and they put the old ones back one, on day 4 I did it again and it got changed. Our glasses were rarely cleaned, only after I complained were they cleaned. On the Thursday we wanted to watch the football game, a big dog was all over the furniture and my husband has massive dog allergies. I am from Wola, born and raised and I argued with the manager, he said they were pet friendly, so I guess pets take priority over paying guests that stay 12 nights. 15 PLN for a soda that I’d 3.90 PLN across the street at Zapka, and 25 PLN for a bag of crisps that is 4.39 at Zapka. I am all for making profit, but not screwing guests. Will never stay there again, and we are back in two months! One reviewer pegged it, it is like a youth hostel, not a hotel. Big mistake wasting our money staying there.

Free welcome drinks were a nice surprise. It was super helpful to have shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. No tea in the room. Noisy AC.
-
Clean, not huge hotel so not lots of noise, comfortable. you could order a sandwich or something more if you needed it. Always someone at the bar/reception. No tea or coffee in the rooms. Just water from a dispenser by the lifts on each level. No actual wardrobe or cupboard space. No safe.
-
A lot of noise and unruly guests. People slamming doors at 4 am. Attendants not the most friendly

Nice location. There is a tram station around the hotel, about 2 min walk. Very clean and tidy. Think twice if you are a light sleeper like me. There is a sensor light under the bed, and it just keeps turning on and off alllll nightttttt with your slightlest movement or sometimes I don't even know what triggers it. And when it does, it even makes a small click sound which really bothers me at night, not to mention the light. No trash bin and tissue in the main room, only in the bathroom. Might sound trivial, but it's inconvenient.

We stayed in a hotel over the weekend. Hotel located not so far from the city centre, around 300 meters from a metro station and tram stop, from which, public transport could bring you to any place in Warsaw. The room was quiet and clean with water glasses and a water dispenser in the corridor. The bathroom had everything needed: 3 towels per person, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and a fan.

Everything. Functional Nothing. It all met my expectation.

Exceptionally clean and the welcome drink was a nice touch. I have a very hard time understanding how a brand new hotel doesn't have apps, such as Netflix, on their TVs. One pillow per person, while adequate, seems like a cheap corner to cut. Paying for parking at a hotel is absurd, but I guess in this day & age, the customer is no longer the priority when compared to the almighty profit margin.

I think parking fee 100 zloty per day is expensive.
