A nice hotel with a very nice staff They were very helpful and were trying to provide the best what they could Rooms were very spacious and well equipped I think the place needs renovation soon, beside that everything were perfect

It was a pleasure to spend a night in the InterContinental Hotel! I stayed there with my 10 year old on 38th floor! The ladies at the reception were extremely helpful and very very professional! Loved the very big bed and the set up of the bathroom with both shower and bath in one bathroom. Loved how clean ot was! The coffee machine was difficult to take out of the closet and there was no space to put it on.

First of all, we ejoyed the room and its amenities: lots of space, smart room layout, comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom. Then, the hotel location was particularly convenient from practical point of view as it allowed walking distance to many places and venues I needed to visit (NB: not to miss the close vicinity to Warszawa Centralna railway station). No particular issues.

Excellent location, very convenient for exploring Warsaw. I was also kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning panoramic view over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall service made my stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent location, spacious and very comfortable room with amazing views over Warsaw. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness facilities. A great stay and I would happily return. The lighting controls were sometimes a little confusing, and I didn’t always manage to get the lighting exactly the way I wanted.

The location, the vibe of the place, the staff very helpful, the bar and restaurant, room with a view was amazing The pool is really really dangerous walking on those wet tiles, it happen that the moment we went some one slip and fall, the views are amazing but I wouldn’t do that part again
