Very central location close to Warsaw central train station with a big shopping centre next to it. Good twin room size. No toothbrush, shower cap or slippers provided but we had these things

The hotel met our expectations in terms of service and accommodation The hotel itself met our expectations. However, I am giving it a low rating because of the difficulties with obtaining a company invoice. This has repeatedly been an issue with Accor hotels in Poland, although we have not encountered the same problem elsewhere. Resolving it takes a considerable amount of time and unnecessary communication.
