Mercure Warszawa Airport

The room was clean, good breakfast, polite personnel, everything was good!

Check in not possible until 16h even though we did the pre check-in online + showed up at noon to announce ourselves. When we came back at 15h, we still had to wait for 1h and the reception was not even able to offer us a drink. We had to insist for them to reach out to the manager and get approval for a drink. When we finally got a voucher for a drink for the 1 hour wait, the lady at the bar acts weirdly, condescending laughing when passing by us as if we stole from her by getting the drinks. Clearly something is not working properly in the process in place and the staff is not properly trained. Rooms are quite old, bathroom with the strict minimum, only soap and shampoo and towels, anything else you need, you need to call the staff.... really not comparable to the Mercure hotel in the city center, feels like a 2 star hotel.

Location was convenient to airport, comfortable rooms, quick check in and check out. Dinner was good. Breakfast quality wasn’t the best

Staff amazing as always.

The hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet, beautiful place, where there are buses nearby to quickly and cheaply get to the center and the old town, and you can also very comfortably and quickly get directly from the airport to the hotel in just 10 minutes. The employees are quite nice and kind. When I checked in, I had some difficulties, but the employee at the reception was politely waiting and did not rush me, and when I left, the taxi driver wanted to charge me extra, I complained to the employee at the reception and he defended me and resolved all the issues, and I went to the airport in a good mood. Those who do not want to take a taxi can get to the airport very cheaply and very quickly by train, the station of which is within 5 minutes. I can recommend this hotel with a pure heart! By the way, the coffee in the bar is good and the price is also good. The breakfast is also worth attention! Special thanks to the employees at the registration desk for their attitude and care! It's a pity that I don't know their names.

My recommendation is only one, to increase stability of the internet. During one of the evenings it was down.

Good location, 10-15 minutes to the airport. Good service. Some items, such as slippers, cotton buds, etc., must be requested. There was no hair conditioner and body lotion. Water is only available in a dispenser in the corridor, which is explained as a anti-plastic campaign, but why not give water in glass bottles? One towel was old, with frayed threads around the edges.

Wi-Fi was a little weak in my room

The staff at Mercure airport was extremely helpful and friendly. Very professional. In spite is being very close to airport the noise of it is almost non existent.
