Great location, varied breakfasts, comfortable room. For my mother’s birthday celebration, the hotel kindly upgraded our room and arranged a surprise, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was the air conditioner being located directly above the bed, which made it difficult to maintain a stable and comfortable temperature — it was either too warm or too cold due to the direct airflow.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing we were extremely pleased with our room the breakfast and the overall service. We received a free room upgrade because we told them we were on a special romantic vacation. The lady who received this on the first day was very kind and had great vibes, we were happy to hear that the gym and saunas were available 24/7 so even if we wanted to go at 2:00 a.m. they would prepare it for us. That's a great touch. The breakfast was always fresh and nice, the restaurant was outstanding, our beds were very comfortable we had really good naps, locatuon is great near the airport, and there are many stores and places to eat nearby so we had very nice walks around. Also the hotel has free parking included and it was underground which was very convenient since it was snowing. Everything about it was perfect it was exactly what we expected and more, we are grateful.
