The size, location and cleanliness. My room was right across the elevator so it was very noisy. One of the staff at check in was rude but the rest were very friendly and were able to give us late check out which was very nice.

This hotel is in one of the best areas in Warsaw. The are lots of bar and restaurant choices. The rooftop bar offers views of the river and a relaxing vibe. Well worth the stay.

You have a colleague at the reception who constantly seems to be bothered by everything.

Clean and bright room, very big and comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, great noise isolation from street. Can’t open the window for fresh air, poor sound isolation from the corridor, and a very light blanket (a matter of personal preference).

Super comfortable king bed, fully adjustable thermostat, good light blocking at night, very clean. Cool location very close to river, metro and Elektrownia complex. Didn't try the breakfast, Elektrownia bakery is a super option a block away.

Great location in a very nice area of Warsaw. Hotel could not accommodate neither of my 2 requests to have one large bed vs 2 single beds and for a slightly later check-out.

Conf beds and good location No coffee in the room except instant.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially very good and fresh bread every morning. Also the cakes were good and variate from one day to another. They had fresh fruits and vegetables. They could include a box of paper tissues in the room. They did not vacuum the room during our stay. Distance of 20-30 minutes walk to the Old Center area and also in another direction to the Palace of culture area.

Whan we come the upgrade the meals and in reception they tell us we will have full board acting we became only half board and only 3 plates and water is not included at a meal . The price is very expensive . We recommend don't eat lunch in hotel
