The bed and pillows are not comfortable No coffee machine in the room and refrigerator

Staff was helpful and very responsive and accommodating. Pillows were just too soft for our liking, no benches or places around the hotel to sit outside. When hotel is full elevator wait is a bit slow and it can happen that you loose 5-6 mins waiting and it comes full as its small and you cant get in than you wait again.

The staff was good; it was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was full and nice 1st: Our reservation clearly stated a twin bed and a bunk bed, but the room we received had two single beds and two bunk beds. When I raised this at reception, the staff initially tried to convince me that I had misunderstood the photos rather than what was written in the reservation. After I showed them the actual booking details, they admitted the mistake but told me they couldn’t do anything because the hotel was fully booked. 2nd: Two days later, the air conditioning suddenly stopped working, and again they said they couldn’t do anything. The AC broke on Saturday night, and I could understand that it might be difficult to fix over the weekend, but I left on Thursday, and it was never repaired during my stay. Fortunately, the outside temperature was mild enough that we could sleep with the windows open, but I still slept poorly and kept waking up sweaty.

Nice location near stores. Very clean and convenient accommodation for our family in one room with four beds. Appreciated the big screen TV. Easy check in and checkout. Breakfast was excellent with many options and very tasty!

our stay was ruined by the constant, loud traffic noise from the nearby main road. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the poor soundproofing.

The hotel is located quite near to airport. Although we were traveling by rental car. Hotel got renovation with modern design. Room was quite compact but still we were OK for 2 adults and 2 kids. Hotel offers amazing breakfast in a big hall which also has a kids playing corner. The parking is located underground and it is payable.

Rooms were nice and clean Heating was troublesome and the staff wasn’t too happy to help (except the girl that offered the room change the next day)

Friendly and cooperative stuff We came for breakfast, but there was nothing available to eat. They only refilled it 20 minutes later, just when we already had to leave.
