Great location in Warszawa Srodmiescie, in the neighbourhood there are plenty of cozy cafes. Also, there's a direct bus to the airport. Room and bathroom were spotless.

Location was quiet. Had Premier room so good size with great shower. The ventilation system was permanently on so noisy at night. This apparently can’t be changed due to the age of the building.

Location was good, staff were friendly Breakfast was disorganised, not a great selection of food. Quite chaotic The room was not very well organised, no ironing Board, this was located in another room. No mini bar in the Fridge, you had to collect your water from the bottom of the corridor. Carpet in the room was stained, we found a sock behind the curtains which certainly didn't belong to us. Only 2 glasses priv8ded for a family of 4. For a mercure, bitterly disappointed, especially for the price

Parking was a real plus, one less thing to worry about in central Warsaw. The room itself was excellent, spacious, clean, and genuinely comfortable Breakfast, though, was disappointing. It felt overcrowded, not nearly enough seating for the number of guests, and honestly didn't match what you're paying for it. There are plenty of cafés right around the hotel, and next time we'd just skip breakfast here altogether and go find something nearby instead.

A classic hotel room with an extra pull-out sofa for the kids. The room was spacious, and our family stayed there without any problems. The large and spacious shower stall was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also offers an excellent and varied breakfast. The kids loved the pancakes. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Public transportation is also very close by. We also had a parking spot, which is a huge plus in a city like this.

The first room I was offered was disappointing and not up to the standard I expected. However, after requesting a change, I was given a much better room, which was significantly more comfortable and enjoyable. The second room was much better and more comfortable. I appreciated being moved to a room that was cleaner, more pleasant, and better suited to my stay.
