Great design! Room layout was a bit odd, tv was right in middle of room, no actual couch, only a lounge chair without a back. The closet was very small. Our room got upgraded (very nice) but then we were facing the street and it was extremely loud at night, so I wonder had we not been upgraded if it would’ve been as loud. Also you can hear every single thing from the room above and also in the hallway

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Also the breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of things to choose from. Disappointing stay * Sleep Quality: Pillows were so uncomfortable me and my wife had to sleep without one. * Privacy: A staff member entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. Additionally, the walls were paper-thin; we could hear people whispering in the hallway. * Room Tech: The room phone was broken, and the power outlets were placed so low and hidden that I had to crawl on the floor to plug anything in. * Bathroom Comfort: No slippers were provided, and the floor was ice-cold. * Amenities: Bathrobes were child-sized and unusable for a taller adult. * Pool Area: We tried to use the pool twice, but all seats were "claimed" by towels with no people actually present. After all we checked-out earlier than planned and went home. Terrible experience.

This is my favorite hotel in the world! A historic modernist building with a contemporary revamp, it offers gorgeous, spacious rooms that are somehow very cozy. Two restaurants with wonderful food (including homemade bread for some of the best BLTs and kotlet/schnizel I’ve had anywhere—also try the mushroom pâté) offer terrific service, also across the 24hr room service, bar, and cigar room. The Ortigia spa is also amazing, adjacent to one of the coolest hotel pools I’ve seen. This was my second stay and I look forward to returning in the future. I can’t recommend the hospitality here enough, for a very attractive price the management have achieved something remarkable with this hotel!

The room was very spacious and stylish, and the breakfast is incredible. I loved the downstairs bar and swimming pool. The hotel is run by a local family and you can feel the authentically Polish perspective on contemporary hospitality that they offer guests in everything from the restaurant menus, the beautiful interiors, and the wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, I booked a large room that was supposed to be 35 sqm, and received a small 12-15 sqm room! When I checked in I was told that the hotel was fully booked and received a small room that I dis not reserve!!!

The gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful The room was dirty, there was glass rings on the coffee table, the floor was dirty and we could see dust on the shelves

It was extremely comfortable, excellent location, very nice buffet breakfast Limited exercise faculty and equipment, pool was suitable for relaxing but not lap swim, staff was welcoming and friendly though it was disappointing that our room was not ready on time after a long overseas flight
