Central conditioner looks broken. You have switch to control it only +-3°C. But cold air do not flow in any setup. In July night there was +24°C in the room, while outside was +17°C - hard to sleep. You can not even open the windows - they are locked. Asked on the reception - they explained that the system is configured to cool temperature in the room at the speed 1°C in the hour.

Great stay for a business trip. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed - and the price was very good compared to other hotels nearby. Location is excellent: central, but in a quiet neighborhood, so it's peaceful at night. Only downside: hotel parking is pricey, but there's plenty of street parking close by (60 PLN/day). Staff were friendly and helpful, and they let you store luggage before check-in/after check-out. There's a bar on-site (a bit pricey, but a Żabka is right around the corner). Breakfast was great with lots of variety - just go early, as it gets busy. Overall a very comfortable, convenient stay for a good price. Would recommend, especially for business travelers. on-site parking price

Breakfast was amazing and comfortable bed. Bathroom door is frosted glass which is not comfortable. What is the point of having black out curtains, when the bathroom light illuminates the entire room as if by daylight whenever someone is in the bathroom?

Staff was verry nice. They were able to provide a room with a view. I don't remember the name of the girl from reception, but she was awesome. Room and bathroom were big. Breakfast was nice but the cut oranges had a funky smell. Location is as you can see on the map, I didn't feel unsafe. Unfortunately the room was not ready until 3PM. They are still renovating the exterior and only one side of the building was under construction. Depending on your luck you can get a room on that side or not. Not related to the hotel but at the supermarket that's right next to the entrance in the hotel I was double charged for an item, so be careful.

Hotel located within 7 min walk to Central Train station. Beds were very comfortable, room spacious, special thanks to staff at the restaurant who prepared waffles for my little daughter even though we were half an hour earlier before breakfast starts. Very kind, thank you. Nothing particular, hotel is under renovation but we didn’t hear any noises.

Great "well equipped" hotel in the very centre if Warsaw, one block away from the Central railway station. Good breakfast, excellent cleanliness, polite and helpful staff. Basically - all you can expect from the reputable hotel chain.
