The lady who checked us in on Wednesday evening is a star, very welcoming. In fact all the staff were great. Room was clean, breakfast was nice and it was tremendous value for money. There was no room in the car park when we arrived. Not a major issue as there was room in the street.

Price was good .staff excellent. Breakfast fine included. Bed so soft nice.bar opened to 2am Nothing really .apart from the noise in the morning from service vehicles

Staff were very welcoming and also helpful when I had an issue with the carpark payment. The bed was very comfortable, and the noise level was kept to a minimum. The shower pressure was reasonable. Good selection of breakfast choices. All-in-all, it was an enjoyable stay. The only downside really was that the bathroom floor wasn't 100% clean, but otherwise, nothing major to complain about.

Receptionist was helpful when I arrived. Breakfast ( bacon overcooked, coffee machine broken). Booked a double room ,but had to settle for a twin ( no doubles available). Room phone not working, mould in corner of shower unit, Carpet could do with a deep clean, Parking was expensive.
