Everything was Gross

I could not take a decent shower. The handle was not working in shower so only hot water came out. Room smelled bad, especially when a/c came on.

It was a very nice location for our needs. The facility was clean but clearly older. The smell that came from the bathroom Due to sulfur/ sewer smell in the water. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was quite stale and damp.

The price and staff. The front desk and house keeping staff was very friendly and generous The upkeep of the room. The walls were not painted, caulking is exposed. The curtains had holes, the iron was held together with tape and the room smelled like mildew and cigarette. The sheets were not clean or did not look clean. Had stains on them and the towels were holding on for dear life

It's very old and needs remodeling. Also exterior is very dirty.

I had to have the keys reprogrammed 3 times in a four day stay because both keys stopped working.

Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and towels. Floors were wet. Manager seemed shocked when I said I would not stay here and asked for a refund. Do not stay here. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this hovel down.

i didn't feel safe or comfortable, so i left and went to another hotel.

Nothing at all will never stay there again. People live there and the place is very dirty and noisy

Great highway access

Left early so didn't have breakfast. Good price. Good location. Not the Ritz, but great value for the price and much better than I expected for price.

Room was dirty, bathtub had hair and spiders in it. TV did not work. Deadbolt was broken had to use the chair with cigaret stain in it to block the door. At 5am a homeless person tried to enter my room. Coffee that was offered in the morning was cold and no lids for the cups. Was already scheduled to stay there for Baylor's parents weekend in the fall and cancelled and rescheduled elsewhere. Great location, terrible experience.

A clean room at a well-maintained and convenient location. I was attending a meeting at the Hilton, but didn’t want to pay Hilton prices.

Nothing to be honest. The room was in extremely poor and unacceptable condition. There was a strong unpleasant odor, and the bed sheets, duvet, and towels appeared dirty and stained. The overall cleanliness was far below basic standards, and even the furniture was damaged (torn chair). Due to these conditions, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe staying in the room and checked out within 1–2 hours without using the facilities. We had to book another hotel at our own expense. After leaving, I experienced skin irritation and rashes, which raises serious concerns about the hygiene of the bedding. When I contacted the property, the person identifying himself as the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and did not take responsibility.

Everything is fine just need to update photos and maybe better plumbing

The rooms was clean and the staff was nice just need better lighting in the parking lot.
