It is very good, especially when it comes to privacy and for couple I don’t have a window of outside view. I’m not getting any fresh air because the only window for my room opens up to the lobby of the hotel where I can overseas, what’s happening down and also when I open the window, there is an adjacent corner where people will be able to see which I didn’t like.

The property is well located from Some key things that were important to me. Reasonably well maintained and comfortable rooms. The service is very good, great staff who are sincere with their efforts to take care of you. Good food and available round the clock. While the property is clean, it’s slowly showing its age, with some chipping of floors here and there, faded mirrors etc. Hope they do some renovation for the next time.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is 25-30 mnts. from airport. The staff specially Sandhya, Amrutha and Pravallika were very helpful to resolve any issue. Breakfast was good and included both indian and continental types. As a whole the ambience of hotel is good. Lift not going upto parking area. This causes problem to person with restricted mobility, though you can ask receptionist to unlock the lift so that it can go upto parking area.

The hotel is located at city centre, so traveling to anywhere in the city was comfortable and quick. The hotel restaurant's buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were amazing - good variety and delicious! The hotel staff is really polite and very helpful. The rooms are a bit small in size and feel overcrowded with too much furniture. As an ITC Group hote, the washroom should have better brand of toiletries instead of Biotique. Also, only bath towels were available and no hand towels were there - even after housekeeping service. Requested for an extra mattress and the folding cot we got could not be straightened completely and caused discomfort while sleeping.

Why are asking irrelevant questions like what for we are going. With whom Pl leave customers free from all these nonsense questions. Where we go like visiting beach etc are not concerned to you. Summing up Hotel is good that's all.

Restaurant has feel options. At breakfast a cup of coffee can take close to 10 minutes to arrive, they should have a machine there. They have not many western options even on dinner. People on front desk is not well trained to deal with different situations. I do not visa to enter India, and I demonstrated this information on Indian ambassy website and also my passport with the proper stamp. Even so was very boring and bureaucratic process to check in and they bothered me along the week many times asking me for my visa. They even asked my profissional contacts in India, after three days at the hotel. In resume, I won't expect to go there again.
