There was an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly caused by dampness or mold.

The staff was nice. The room was not very clean. A toenail was found in the washing area, and other parts of the room that could use more cleaning.

Bugssss!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I was in town for the weekend , my grand daughter was playing softball for PG All state. The room was dirty, the ice machine was broken , mind you the temp was upper 90s. Room service didn't clean my room, it was like pulling teeth to get clean towels . There was a roach bug in the bathroom. The worst place I've ever stayed in my life.

None of the amenities worked, fridge was broke, a roach in my room shower curtain was molded staff did not give me towels just 3 hand towels talking bout the front desk lady left a note so I had to go buy towels from Walmart for my children to wash up.

We did not end up staying because of mold, Roches, and other gross things. I was going to for my babymoon but health concerns. Both smoking and Non smoking smelled the same. Walls were paper thin i could hear everything for the little bit of time i was in the room. Had sketchy people around and no a lot of cameras. Just over all not a great place its says 5☆ on here but its actually less then 2☆ on every other platform. So most of these good reviews are fake.

It said that there was a continental breakfast but there are no continental options it’s all basic only bread and cereal and dry oat with nothing to heat it with. The room overall smells bad especially the carpet . There were not enough supplies in the hotel room. The employee who managed the breakfast can barely speak English there was a language barrier. The service is not worth how much the overall experience costed. The photos shown are misleading especially about the pool. If you are planning to stay here please don’t find a better place.

Probably the worst stay I've ever had. The room was in poor condition with crumbling walls and dirty furniture. Some of the furniture was broken. The phone didn't work. There were cigarette burns in one of the covers. The covers were paper thin. There were bugs all in the room including a spider. I woke up with new aggressive bug bites daily. They were trying to charge extra for basic room amenities. The other guests were constantly outside smoking so the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room looked nothing like the pictures advertised. We had to wipe down all the hard surfaces because the room was just nasty. That lodging was definitely not worth the amount charged. It was not a comfort to be there at all.

When I arrived, The toilet was taped down, and there was urine all over the seat, so I immediately left and currently waiting on a refund

Con olor a cigarro. Camas sucias y con mini insectos dentro. Sospechosa rondando los alrededores del hotel. El aministrador del hotel no se encontraba cuando más se necesitaba. Administrador tardó más de los 10 minutos que puso en su repisa. Para el segundo día no cambiaron las toallas ni hicieron limpieza previa. El desayuno no es como lo publicaron solo dieron pan y cereal con café.

Air conditioner was loud and seemed to not keep the room cool without running most of the time. Room was relatively clean.

I stayed for 2 nights for a work trip. The room wasn't clean. There was mold in the bathroom and what looked like nail polish on the blanket. I had to leave early in the morning for work so I asked the front desk for 2 washcloths. He said I need to wait for house keeping to bring them by my room I explained I have to leave for work he said he will get some and come back in the evening. I come back in the evening. There is a different guy at the front desk. I ask for the washcloths he told me I can't make house keeping requests after 5pm. I explained what I was told that morning. He was really rude and told me I can make requests after 5pm. Went to check out in the morning the girl at the front desk was rude too. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Staff is rude, everything looks run down and the rooms are dirty.

sneakers in front of the door on Friday and I moved them Sat night; was a lil creepy, like, is he coming back?..and how did the get left?; pool was closed; "breakfast" was non existent. Staff was not friendly at all. This was Father's day weekend. My friend and I were in town for a music festival in VB so our needs weren't great, hence the budget reservation, but that doesn't mean the bare minimum host interaction and basic amenities not available. Fortunately the show and weather were amazing and that is enough!!

I requested non smoking rooms but got smoking rooms instead. The linens had stains on them, the towels and bedsheets. The environment looked more like a roach motel with guys just loitering right outside the rooms, spitting all over, openly drinking and smoking weed, pants around the ankles. This was not a hotel. I cut short my stay just to give my family a comfortable play for our vacation. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Slices of bread and some cereals. The only hot thing was the coffee which in itself had more water than coffee.

Poor maintenance

The breakfast was a joke. Cereal and yogurt only. Staff was rude when requested a clean towel and toilet paper. The room looked like a toddler might be their handyman.
