Nothing That the room had roaches a water leak gross bath tub an it was not clean at all it was gross

the staff was absolutely fantastic. they were super kind and accommodating. this building definitely needs a renovation. the ceiling was leaking in several spots, the AC started leaking water everywhere too, the bathroom door didn't lock, an outlet was taped off, the stairs going upstairs are breaking, some outlets are falling out and some are taped off, the ceiling in the bathroom is sagging, and the paint in the tub is peeling. some extra issues: the furniture is placed in front of most of the outlet and there isn't one by the nightstand. I can tell just by the smell that the pool is outside of safe chemical and/or PH range. $50 for an extra parking spot. and the listing confused me because it listed a sofa bed in the bedroom section of the listing as well as the living room section so I thought there were two but there was just one.

This place is only good for those night u just need to crash somewhere. This place is not very clean, the rooms are spacious but with ROACHES!…they don’t clean those rooms well enough not even the walls they had dust accumulated on the walls. They don’t vacuum the floors from previous people. Roaches & dirty floors with food around

Air conditioning system leaked lots of water all over the floor. The floors were always wet and slippery. Could not be repaired.

Proximity to the beach, staff was kind room was more than accommodating in size The shower was almost too small for a toddler, the bed was broken

The pool was pretty clean. Location is perfect to walk to beach & alot of stores to shop at or dine in. The room smelled like old mildew. The blankets were dirty. A leak in the kitchen & bathroom. The wifi really sucked. Was very limited on towels, tiolet paper & wash clothes. The shower was hot & pretty good. The towels & wash clothes also looked not to clean. For the price what do you expect. Definitely will not be returning at all! Also looks like people actually really stay there long term. Its A NO FOR ME!

Rooms are really spacious and the ac is in great condition. Nothing major. Elevator didn’t work at some point but technicians were called pretty quickly.

We came prepared for bedbugs, which I do whenever we stay somewhere and there were previous reviews about them. We immediately checked for them and didn't find any. Location was great to get to the beach. I didn't like the old, nasty carpet in both of the rooms. I also had to kill a few roaches here and there. They need to upgrade their rooms, they are outdated really bad.

Nothing. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The rooms had a very strong smoke odor and were infested with many small cockroaches. The property was not clean, and we did not feel comfortable staying there, especially with children. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable.

There was no breakfast, not even coffee or drinking water. The room had unpleasant odor of mold, rust and old curtains in kitchen/ entry room old furniture falling apart, stained sofa. Bathtub was clogged, shower head not working. Mold around bathtub, rust on ceiling metal joints. Rusty refrigerator. No curtains in bedroom with street light direct to bedroom.

Carpets were filthy, bathroom floor was dirty, found a cigarette butter in trash can

I hated that the stove didn't work but I was able to let staff know and he was very nice about it and tried to help. There were spots in the ceiling and bathroom that looked like they needed to be fixed. AC worked but had a hard time getting the room to get where I wanted but overall the stay was nice

Smelled of smoke and mold, bugs in the room, broken tiles on bathroom floor. Sheets and carpet were dirty. Worst room I've ever booked. Left a day early
