Great hotel close to the marina. Room was lovely and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Fácil acesso. Bem limpo. Estacionamento sem controle.

Clean and tidy None

Relaxed pool area Friendly staff The television turned out to be more of an ad venue for the hotel than actually allowing us to watch what we wanted. Very complicated

The hotel was good in general. I think the staff was exceptional and did everything they could to accommodate the guests. Pool was not heated and too cold to swim. Also, the AC did not cool off the rooms and had to open windows for fresh air and mosquitos.

Staff is exceptional. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay. We returned to our room after touring around to fine 2 pieces of cake, a candle, and a bottle of champagne. Very thoughtful and totally unexpected. Free parking at the property is very beneficial. Complimentary breakfast is great with a lot of hot and cold choices. Room was clean, comfortable. Bathroom was clean with adequate toiletries. Not many restaurant choices close by, but hotel restaurant food is pretty good at decent prices. Hotel is one opposite side of Duoro River from Porto city center. Only easy way to get to Porto center is ride share companies.

Clean, comfortable rooms with an amazing breakfast! Nothing

The location, and the 24x7 reception . The AC does not work in this hotel., each person at the reception will give you a different reason why that is the situation and they are very funny. One person said AC vent is only for winters to great the room, in summers you have to turn it off. If you like hot rooms then this hotel is for you. The food in the restaurant is also not great.

Elevators did not work and they went out of water but we were able to shower before the incident
-
Staff very accommodating. Great blackout curtains, great pillows and great bed. Parking at the side of the building was fantastic.
-
The room was warm and comfortable. I liked the bathroom and the wooden floors everywhere. Breakfast was excellent. The room is not very big and the sofa bed for our kids was too small.

Decoration is ok but needs a renovation to be more modern/updated

Hotel itself The staff was careless about customers, the rooms don’t have an actual A/C and the rooms are wam, they took me to 3 different rooms and they were the same, they told me they would give me an additional 25% discount for this inconvenience and it was a lie, I couldn’t sleep countable so bad and the front desk when passing by they never see you, like put you away for any complaint

Great staff, great meals (breakfast and dinner). Clean and fun for the kids. A little far from porto center but it's fast and cheap to order Uber or bolt. We really like the staff, they did everything to make every guest happy?

It is a bit tired. The A/C was fair at best

Beds and pillows so comfortable and the linens and towels. For 1 euro get a pool towel pool was nice. Quiet at night . Hair dryer worked. Not near the port area but only 6-8 euros to the port houses. Can see the sun set from bridge near hotel . Needs hooks for drying towels if you want people to reuse towels they need a place to dry. Parking was ok we left our car and Uber, no kettle to make tea . Very steep narrow roads to hotel . Nearest laundry is a confusing ride Lavandaria self service Sem Molas ladies helped us machines clean and already put soap in you just show up with clothes and coins you can get there also. You also need the card to put in lights to make them work .

We had a sunset cruise so it was very convenient to the marina and it had parking. Amazing breakfast!! It looked easy to get to on the map but it was a bit hard to navigate. We had to go around in circles several times on the narrow streets.

Pool area. Easy free parking for our car. Easy drive back to airport. Acceptable breakfast. Good price but recall you are not central to Porto which is a 15-20 minute taxi. air conditioning not yet “turned on” and room was hot. There were noisy guests outside so we couldn’t leave the window open.
