Big, confortable and clean room. Possible to get a nice view of the river. Cheap private parking available. Good breakfast. OK restaurant at the premisses if you need lunch or dinner. Easy and cheap to get to the old town by Uber, taxi or metro. Building maintenance is not great, but the room was OK.

The room was spacious. Of the 32 hotels I have stayed at in Portugal and Spain, this hotel had the best breakfast!!!! The outside of the building could use some maintenance

The hotel is very spacious, with large rooms that feel similar to American-style hotels. The breakfast had a good variety, and the overall stay was comfortable. The location is also convenient, and the hotel structure works well for families and longer stays. The only issue was with the room setup. I booked a family room for three people and requested separate beds in advance, as I was traveling with two elderly family members. Although the room was large, the beds were not separated, and when we arrived the hotel informed us there were no rooms available with separate beds. Other than that, the experience was good.

We enjoyed the space of the foyer and the room. We enjoyed the professionalism and kindness of all the staff.

The room was big, breakfast was great, staff was really friendly The Air of the room was really bad. There was a damp smelling and there was no way to open the window to change. I also got a rash and need to find out after my current trip if those were bedbugs
-
Breakfast was 18 euros if not included...very expensive.

They do not reply the emails or answer the phones provided by Booking.com. It took 5 days to answer a question that was too late. I do not understand why the hotel phone was not answered?!! The hotel windows are from the last century and are not soundproof. I was hearing the autobahn and construction sound even though I was staying on the 20th floor.
-
breakfast was great, close to the train station, not too far from the metro
-
A nice and modern hotel not far from the Porto center. Clean and spacious room with overlooking the city. Clean and well equipped bathroom. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is located a bit off the main drag and was very quiet, yet still walkable to everything we wanted to do. We had a nice view from our room on the 18th floor. Beds were very comfortable. I would have preferred a step in shower to the deep bathtub in the room.

The staff was super friendly. We've got an upgraded spacious room as we were with a child. Everything else was predictably normal as you can expect from Holiday Inn. The location is ok if you rent a car. Breakfast had no healthy food options.

Well maintained rooms and great cleaning service. Would suggest to have some nuts or small snacks as part of compliementary which goes well with morning coffee. Unable to set room air condition. At least there should be able to set the temperature during morning hours and before falling asleep. Sometime it felt really uncomfotable
