Unique property, loads of space and clean amenities.

I really like the property

The only downsides were 1) in late April the AC would not turn on - the mgr told me it was too early in the season, that i should just open the windows. Yes! I love to open the windows...however 2) there is a nightclub almost next door and the rooftop music was blaring until midnight some nights. Which would have been fine if i could have closed the windows and turned the AC!

Only the decoration, the location and the stuff I can talk about, since I had to leave the same night I arrived! I left in the middle of the night caz I found 3 bugs on me!! On the top of the dark room! The bed BUGs! I was scrolling on my phone in the dark and I saw 3 bugs on me and on my bed!!! can you believe that! I jumped out and took my bag and everything outside and I was wearing my pyjama! I try to find another hotel at 1am! Thanks god a friend of mine in Lisbon, knows a friend in Porto who offer me a stay overnight! and I booked another hotel in the morning and I let!! The reception said that's first time we have this!! While I can see many comments talking about BUGs many years ago! But unfortunately too late! However, he was nice and worried about me how am I spend the night and offer a separate room but I refused caz I do not want to carry any bugs with me to my home! And he requested a full refund without even asking! It's really too bad that you ignore such a thing in this nice place!

Comfortable and conveniently located; staff are incredibly nice, and accommodating. WiFi is strong, breakfast is delicious, and the beds are perfect. I’m really sad I couldn’t stay longer - everyone was so kind and helpful!

Excellent Location, Great View I book a Superior Room with a River and City View. I was given a Handicap accessible room when other Superior rooms were available. The room did have a view, but the bathroom had no vanity and had a shower curtain that didn’t keep water from flowing on the bathroom floor.

Excellent location on the riverfront, very spacious and clean facilities, free breakfast, activities organized through hostel, close to many Wine cellars. Shampoo and bodywash not included with stay. Bed and mattress were not comfy.

The location was ideal, the staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful and well appointed, the common area was super comfy and inviting and the breakfast delicious! We loved all of it!

A total stay of three nights (one before I started my Camino de Santiago walk and two at the end) says it all - a true gem of a place in Porto. All three of the nights I stayed were wonderful, there was nothing I did not like.

The location was exactly what I needed. One of the male staff members who checked us was okay on check in, however the next morning when I made a small request he was extremely rude.

Very clean, nice staff, location, fun furnishings The bed was lumpy, pillow horrible
