The room was very spacious, the hotel was in great shape, and breakfast was amazing. It was located in front of a theater, so overall a very nice area to stay The room was too hot, and the thermostat was not working. The shower was not properly designed and would spill water to the floor. The pillows were terrible, they need to be replaced

The hotel is in very good location.tram is just "2 min .athe staff was amazinf especially Casa .All the staff day and night,really helpfull.Thanks a lor for all of them.They are really professional.I will stay in this hotel if i come again .Thank you Mercure such as an amazing hotel staff.My wife and son relly like them as well and they want to visit Mercure again.Not for Vienna,for Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien. Tub in the bathroom, bad pilows

Perfect customer service, very friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It's definitely worth the price. The wide selection of breakfast is a cherry on the cake. Parking is quite challenging on the street, especially during theatre nights, but the Hotel can provide an alternative solution. Short parking for check-in is still manageable.

The breakfast included was great.

Laminate flooring on the room. I believe height of the bathtub is quite dangerous for older people when getting out of it (and also everyone else! I expect many people could experience slips when getting out!). On top of it there were also at least ten black hair all over the bedding, which is unacceptable.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended The location is perfect, close to everything you need. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna! Nothing

Nice hotel - seems bit old, unsure for my opinion but need some review as there are room furniture like chair and desk that is lost their form. the desk chair looked like it’s sliced cheese, very torn.

Super clean, amazing breakfast, good location and friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Room was clean and customer service was great! The hotel was very noisy, all day and all-night doors were banging and you can hear other guests in their rooms. The shower flooded the bathroom and there were no English-speaking channels available on the television. Location was okay - train station was very close however sketchy, so I didn't like catching trains after dark. Train was a very short journey into center of town.

AMAZING breakfast, fully decorated according to Xmas season. Nice touch. A bit far by foot from public transportation going to city center.

Also to much noise in the early morning from cleaners on other rooms.

It was the 1st hotel in a 6 hotel stays that there was a place to put your soap in the shower. Sound trivial? Then why can’t such a minor thing be standard? And it was comfortably warm.
