I didn't like the hotel. Please give me a refund because I didn't come in. It was very dirty.

Location Very dirty, no cleaning not even trash, very loud neighbours that don't care about quiet hours and staff also didn't care that they were loud

Wifi We booked for 3 people room but there were a bed for 2 people and a little couch which no one can fit. Couch is so much smaller than in the photos. So we had to sleep on that bed which was constricted. Also, sleeping with my 2 guy friends was so uncomfortable as a girl.

It’s a bit confusing, it’s like a maze, not so clean, the carpets of the corridors aren’t clean at all. Air conditioner doesn’t work, the bathroom was deteriorated. In one of the nights we arrived and the fire alarm was triggered, but no one was going out or something, we were super confused, a few minutes later the firefighters arrived and started scouting out the building, still don’t know what happened, but it was at least 1-2 hours we couldn’t access to our room.

Facilities were limited. E.g. No shower gel or soap. My room had a problem with the electricity and it took almz1 day to repair it.

For the cost it's perfect. Nothing I'm about to say is something I dislike it honestly enhanced the experience, however, no one would agree with me. We got random cob webs (spider friends), stain on the floor which makes you think long and hard about potential explanations, thin walls so you can enjoy your neighbors conversations. It was peak honestly.

Room was not clean even though I arrived after check-in time by 2 hours, they said they will clean it, came back at night bed sheets were not clean, still with the same stains I saw before. I can handle everything but not lack of hygiene. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s dirty, everything was dirty, bed, carpet, ALL OF IT. The hotel never answers the phone, never contacts you even during their listed working hours. What a waste of money, I booked it for 2 nights and never stayed there. Also the rooms in the pictures are NOTHING like reality.

The location and the self check in The room was not the same as the one booked, the room was not clean at all and the toilet sink was clogged, there was a toothbrush in it. We messaged them and booking.com, but, of course, no response. Booking literally said to give a bad evaluation since they couldn't reach the hotel.

The room was not clean specially bedsheet and pillow sheet. The blanket smelled badly! Toilet floor was obviously dirty!

The location is good, the self-check-in is easy and the price is budget friendly. When I arrived the room was not cleaned, the towels and the bed clothes was used and the dustbin was full. I had to call the staff on phone to have it cleaned. Several moths were flying in the corridors and in my room.

The conjoined door wasn't locked so I had to move hotels I was scared and it wasn't clean, there was air all over the shower
