Very kind, was having travel issues and they understand and helped me. Excellent breakfast, super clean That I had to leave it ;)

The cleanness of the room and size of the room was exceptional. Im so happy for my selection.

Location is near to U1 line and that make things easy. The room was spacious. Kids got sofa bed and also they got small soaps which was fun for them. Checking staff and breakfast staff was amazing. Outside space was fun to have breakfast in nice weather. Breakfast options are nice and specially we did like the fruits. Only thing which needs some attention is room cleaning. Second day we did not find facial tissues in the bathroom.

La habitación familiar que nos asignaron era muy amplia, muy cómoda para 3 personas. La separación del inodoro con las duchas fue una gran ventaja. También que tuviese nevera y microondas fue genial, la mesa y sillas hacían un equipo excelente para preparar comidas rápidas y sencillas. Recomendado para familias. Tiene una estación del metro a 2-3 minutos caminando que te conecta con el resto de la ciudad y puedes ir caminando sin problemas al parque Prater. Cerca de algunos supermercados, sin embargo no vimos mucha disponibilidad de lugares para comer. No hicieron relleno en los jabones para lavar las manos y ducha, estuvimos 3 noches, punto que debe mejorar de su equipo de limpieza.

Room cleaning could be better. Sanitary bags were not replaced, and used plates and glasses were not properly replaced even though there were no cleaning facilities in room so we could do them and we were left with dirty dishes.

Very small rooms and everything is self service

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Very good location - close to the metro station, shop and pharmacy. Breakfast was also vey good, with big variety to choose from One day after room cleaning we noticed that one room access card and one pillow was missing. It was not huge problem, since we had spare access card and asked for a new pillow, but still strange and something we never experienced before

It was near to metro station and it was a comftable place for a family. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

Good location, near a subway station. The room was spacious and quiet. There's also a supermarket at a 2-min walking distance. No gym on premises

Hotel was well-run, clean, and had very good amenities - including breakfast (paid), food vending, 24 hour desk person, onsite parking. It was very close to subway system and 2 groceries. We were able to safely park our car here with no worries, and use the subway for the rest of the trip to check out many sites, quickly. Staff was very professional and attentative. The cafe across the street is pretty good, although some staff had sort of an unhappy demeanor. Room size was a little above average. As a family of 4, we appreciated this over being at a super central location

The room was spacious enough for our family, clean, and quiet. Check-in was fast, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well and provided good airflow throughout the room. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. There is a SPAR supermarket and a restaurant right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. Parking is available in the garage within the same building for €26 per day. Parking tickets can be validated and paid for at the reception desk. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. All was good

OK location, close to the U1 metro line. Staff OK, but had very little interaction with them. Strange plastic bathroom and toilet modules that carried the noise from other rooms. Matrasses made up of some plastic material were horrible.
