Air conditioning was slow (too much time waiting for cooler temperature in the room)

I had to pay for space in the garage, over 200 euro, it was more then 1 night in this hotel. Parking was small so I almast damage my car

Clean and modern. Liked the outside terrace. Bit out of town.

We booked this hotel for the sole reason that there was an airport shuttle. It costs 60 euro, versus 35 for a taxi. The additional cost was not listed on the website, and we were really disappointed because that is the reason we chose this hotel (thinking it was free).

We were there in February. The hotel is beautiful. I would especially like to single out the wonderful waiter Afthur, who is so noble and professional. I must emphasize that such people deserve constant advancement, because they are so professional and do their job with love and make breakfast more enjoyable for guests.Thank you Arthure. Everything is ok.

Room, was good, it had all I needed Breakfast again it was very ok... I lost my jacket. I either left it in the bar area or in my room. I didnt go anywhere else. I asked reception and they said they didnt find it. Not sure if your staff or someone else took it.

The breakfast was excellent and well balanced, with exactly what you need, including a great omelet station. The staff and front desk team were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer every question patiently. I would especially like to mention Elias from reception, who quickly solved a major issue for us on the first night. He deserves special recognition. An excellent hotel that is underrated by its score on Booking. Outstanding value for money. Highly recommended. Missing hooks in the shower.

Perfect

The size and quality of the towels. Parking very expensive. Underground carpark is very narrow and maybe unsuitable for larger SUV (max headroom is 2.00 m.)

Cooler room

Value/Price ratio was really good. Clean and spacious rooms Staff could be a little more friendly. Not a negative thing at all. Just smile more and look at the eyes of the customers will make a big difference.

Wonderful, kind staff, amazing breakfast selection with a chef who made us omlettes, which were the best we have ever had. Spacious room with a big walk in shower. Cozy bar area and 10/10 location, metro 4 and trams are 2 minutes walk from the hotel. No wardrobe for clothes, only hangers and 2-3 shelves really high, and those shelves were a little dusty, and the windows in the room cannot be opened. BUT! We would definitely be back because these did not bothered us that much.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room equipped with a great shower, nearby public transportation including the metro, varied and good breakfast, highly recommended. It would be helpful if there were more shelves in the wardrobe (there are a good amount of hangers), It could have been nice if the windows in the room could be opened.

The room was really spacious. We had our 4.5 year old son with us, and the accommodation was really good for the 3 of us. The location is close to a metro station and we used the train to get around the city and do all the sightseeing that we wanted. It was really good! We didn't use the breakfast offer because the price 29 euro per person seemed a bit steep, considering that the average price of a dinner in a restaurant is only around 20 - 25 euro. Everything was great!

The property was located close to a metro station making it easy to travel in the city. I was disappointed with the service at checkout. While struggling to carry my bags, I asked the front desk for assistance but was refused. I found this surprising, as offering basic help to guests is a fundamental part of hospitality.

Rooms: spacious with high ceilings, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with lots of sunlight. Do not expect many food options in the immediate vicinity.

They don’t get to clean the room within a reasonable time, they don’t check if needing toilet paper or shampoo and body wash
