A decent, clean hotel, at a good price, close to the U4 subway; 3 stops to the city center (take direction Heiligenstadt, get off at Karlsplatz), and the same U4 underground 3 stops to the other side to Schönbrunn Palace (take direction Hutteldorf, get off at Schönbrunn station). If you don't hate walking, I recommend a walk from the hotel along Mariahilfer Straße to the epicenter of the city. The entrance gate to the garage did not work upon arrival, there was no communication with the reception from that point, so we had to go around the hotel and ask them to open it manually for us to enter. The total stay at the reception later took a little longer than expected.

The staff was extremely nice and pleasant. We were able to check in earlier, and they explained everything very well. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. Despite being close to the train tracks, we were pleasantly surprised that the noise was not an issue at all.Overall, I would recommend this hotel. One small thing to keep in mind is that the surrounding area can feel a little less comfortable in the evening, so we preferred not to spend too much time outside the hotel after dark. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with some cobwebs and dust. The surrounding area also felt a little less comfortable in the evening, so we preferred to return to the hotel earlier or take a taxi. The area felt quite unusual, and unfortunately, we noticed some drug-related activity nearby, even during the day. As this was our first visit to Vienna, I’m not sure whether this is typical for the area or for the city in general.

The rooms were decent size and the staff were polite. We requested umbrella due to heavy rains and they provided it. Location wise not bad. Using the Margaratengurtel metro station is wiser as near the other one you can find some homeless persons loitering. There was no electric kettle in the room. Wifi speed could be improved a lot

The staff are helpful and friendly, and online check-in makes the arrival process easy. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near two metro stations, making it easy to reach the main tourist attractions. The hotel is located in Vienna’s 15th district, within a short 5–7 minute walk of Längenfeldgasse underground station. Längenfeldgasse is an important interchange station served by two major metro lines, U4 and U6. From U4, you can easily reach central Vienna and the historic city center, including Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz. 1. The rooms are very small, and the bathrooms are also very small. They barely meet the basic requirements.

Very good hotel near 2 Metro lines. Very simply to travel from the hotel in whatever directions. I believe the hotel was quite recently renowed, rooms are not big but very efficient. AC is functioning very well both in rooms and looby. One side of the hotel is towards a external Metro line. I do not know the noise in rooms oriented in that direction Good breakfast, fair regarding price/quality. Undergroud parking for 20-25 Eur/night. but if you get in weekend saturday and sunday is free parking on streets. Towels were not changed in the period we stayed. ( 3 nights). And is quite difficult to have them dry when you shower two time per day. Outside temperatures were 37C when we were there... Indeed I never leave the towels on the floor.
