Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Concierge offered to change our room when the shower was blocked. The Hotel is close to Wien Westbahnhof and is a convenient station for interstate travel, eg. Salzburg. Hotel is located at top end of Mariahilfer Strabe which leads you down to the city centre. The air conditioning unit wasn't effective and there is no kettle, coffee or fridge in the room. Greatest inconvenience was that the nearest self-service laundry is 15mins walk from the hotel.

The room was very basic. Probably there were not too many rooms for 3 persons and not too many people asked for a room for 3 persons, so this room wasn't updated. Two working elevators aren't enough for the size of this hotel.

Location is great as there is a tram station just in front of the door, staff are amazing and helpful especially at reception desk, clean, breakfast is fantastic and has many options, great value for the price Just a little thing, at the main entrance there are a few steps with no ramp, and I guess it can be resolved easily by adding a ramp for luggage, but this is a minor thing as all other things were just amazing

Could not book breakfast, so I have no idea. Rooms were spacious. The bathroom is small but convenient. Very good location with the best connectivity of Trams and UG. highly friendly staff. Excellent 3 Elevators. No Coffee/tea-making facilities. On request, they provided a kettle after taking a Euro 20 refundable deposit. The 5-6 steps from the roadside to reception, you feel it's difficult if you have heavy suitcases.
