Very good for the price

The location was great , very good breakfast, helpful staff they did their best to make our stay comfortable though their English wasn’t great. The hotel was clean . They provided fans as we had no AC in our room Nothing

The room felt a little cramped with luggage and a little outdated

I liked the room, fresh and clean, and the breakfast was great. Great location as well.

There was always some one at the desk to take and give our room key. Plenty of room as this is an older hotel; the ceiling is also rather high. Coffee maker in the room was appreciated. The shower was rather slippery and didn't have any anti-skid on the bottom. I was slightly concerned that the balcony door and window did not lock as the room was on the ground floor. I guess the yard is completely protects by a fence as we could not see a gate.

Was not partial to having to turn on the electricity with a key.

Wonderful place! Close to the big Christmas Market and old section. Fantastic breakfast!

The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Room was a bit small, but we didn't spend much time in the room, so that wasn't very important to us.

The Location was perfect for my stay. The Room was tiny but charming, i liked it very much. The Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and the staff was very kind.

The location is in a place that is very easy to get around by bus or train.The room had a big porch with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains.Room was a good size very clean,the hotel supplies water bottles every and also they give you a card for local bus and train service.European breakfast good way to start your day,along with a very nice staff to help you with what ever you need. We most likely will stay in this hotel again next year because it was so enjoyable. We did not stay long enough

Very comfortable bed in the apartment, I liked the windows and the kitchen space. Good breakfast. The shower didn’t drain at all and you could do about 3 minutes of shower before it flooded the floor. We asked them to come fix and it wasn’t fixed at all. Also the wifi barely worked in our room which is where we needed to do research and plan our day. Loud construction sounds going on during the day.

Location was great. Josephstadt is its own neighborhood, but you are very close to downtown. With the tram 2 you are there in 4 minutes. Breakfast was good, prosecco included. Coffee in the room was limited to nescafe and no black tea.

The location was pefect for us. Very close to public transportion pickup points, great restaurants, and shopping. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was fine for us but nothing special. Staff was helpful when we needed something but otherwise not very engaging. Room was small with very little room to walk alongside the bed. But it served the purpose and was really quite.
