Location. It’s located very near to the central city. There are good restaurants nearby and city monuments are at walking distance.

The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable. The location is perfect if you're travelling from the Franz Josefs Station.

Staff was friendly and available at all times. Near to tram and train stops. Main attractions easily reachable. Room was clean, the bed was very comfy. The view from our windows.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed The main reason why I’ve booked this specific hotel and room was - a bath tub. After a long Eurovision week I really needed it. I filtered rooms by one filter - bath tub. Made sure this room specifically had it included. And according to the description and photos - it was supposed to have a bath tub. Unfortunately it did not. Staff said there were no other rooms available with a bathtub. Kinda disappointing when it was the only criteria I was considering.

Room had a nice high ceiling and had a good heater. No kettle/coffee maker in the room or mini fridge. Hotel is a little outside the city centre in not a super nice location but a nice 45 minute walk to the city centre.

Spacious room, good location Dirty room, the whole building needs renovation. They charged much more on my credit card than was shown the price at the online booking. The staff was not helpful to fix the issue, so I paid much more for my stay than what it actually worth
