spacious room, good breakfast, great location, nearest subway stop for getting around Vienna. Check-in was very well organized and very quick for tired travelers. Room cleaning service was very good. There was a small difficulty on two occasions where the cleaning staff started early, while we were at breakfast. That meant waiting for them to finish to get back into the room to get ready to go out for the day. It would be helpful if they would tell you the cleaning staff starts early when you check in.

Great location - easy to get to/from airport without a car - easy walking distance to public transportation - lots of food options next door a clean rooms - good air condition - showers so comfortable Car park location made loading and unloading a little harder - had to find temporary parking closer to entrance which was not easy to do - also occasionally heard short ambulance sirens as close to hospital

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our very short stay. The location is also well-connected with public transportation.

Great location - accessible to the city center but in a nice quieter neighborhood; very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleanliness with thorough daily service. The room was very comfortable with a good bed, great shower and lots of space. Very little not to like, this is a great hotel. One day they forgot leave the coffee packets, so I inquired at the front desk and they gave me extra ones. Great service all around.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room size, it was very comfortable for the family of four. Breakfast was plenty and tasty. Overall very good experience The location is not perfect if you are traveling from airport with public transport, but we received detailed instructions from the hotel before arrival

Great staff and facilities. The room had great views with AC and comfortable bed.

The staff was exceptional in helping us get to where we wanted to go. They had a map of Vienna on the counter and they would use it to explain how to get to various destinations. there is a bus stop just across the street and a metro station not far away. There is also a grocery store close by. The breakfast had a good variety.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the main historical places. Breakfast was good, and they offered different food choices each day. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a safe and a refrigerator. The only minus was the noise from the street, but it was much better when we closed the windows. I would also have preferred better room cleaning, as there was some dust in the room, even right after cleaning.

Good value for money!

Very good location, nice view, friendly staff, clean rooms, and daily housekeeping. There's a bus station right at the hotel's door, which is very convenient. I would stay at this hotel again. Great value for the price. A bit noisy due to street traffic, but the hotel management already explained to me why the room window wasn't sealed well enough and took measures. They are pretty much responsive to all the requests.

The hotel is only a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center, costing around €9, so there is really no need to stay in an expensive hotel right in the center. The walk from the hotel to the city center is also very pleasant, along a nice street with plenty of interesting shops. Overall, excellent value for money.
