This is the cleanest 3-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and everything was exceptionally well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The only minor downside was that complimentary bottled water was provided only on the first day. While I understand that Austria’s tap water is safe to drink, I found it a bit unhygienic to refill my bottle from the bathroom sink. It would be nice if the hotel provided bottled water daily or had a drinking water station for guests. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The room decoration and facilities, helpful and friendly staff, high quality breakfast The recommendation to eat at the nearby night market. But perhaps it was the only place open on a Sunday evening. And wifi was a bit weak to have an online meeting

The location was excellent. Accessible to Naschmarkt and a variety of other restaurant and grocery stores. Very easy to reach the metro. I was aware there would not be a kettle or coffee maker in the room, but perhaps having some complimentary coffee in the lobby would be nice. Especially since coffee shops nearby do not open until 7:00 or so.

Location was close to the food market and fairly close to the public transport. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, was very friendly. Nespresso coffee maker. The room and bathroom were small. The shower cabin is extremely small. Very limited closet space for a two-person room. The bed definitely had some bugs and mites. I am allergic, and every night my eyes were swollen.

Parking was also great in the one of recommended garage 12Euro a day....and 5 min from the hotel

The only minor issue was the shower, since it was difficult to use without making a mess all over the toilet.

It was cozy property, room was extremely small. I didnt like that the shower pressure was low, no conditioner, no toothpaste, nothing of the toiletries. It was also a bit cold.

We loved our stay at Drei Kronen! The hotel itself is so Beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed our spacious room and updated bathroom. The room had 3 twin beds, which were perfect for our party of 3. We loved the morning breakfast, which offered Austrian food, as well as American options. The food was so delicious, and we looked forward to our friendly hosts and delicious breakfasts every day. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

We came here for a 2 night stay in Vienna, the lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, our rooms were even ready early. Everything was clean and the breakfast was very good. The location was great, 5-10 min walk to the metro station. The area js really neat. Honestly really great value for money; very good breakfast included, great location, nice looking area, clean rooms, good amenities. 10/10 would come again! Extra note; the day of our checkout we were leaving quite early in the morning (before breakfast), and the receptionist even offered that the kitchen prepared small lunchboxes at no extra cost since we would miss the breakfast of that day. We just had to notify them the day before. Excellent hospitality Nothing

Location - perfect for museums, opera and music . Easy to catch train connections to the airport Even on a busy street it was remarkably quiet. And a very good breakfast indeed! Also the extensive market across the street We had a cold snap and the room was sometimes chilly but actually this was good for sleep

Location is very central, the room is quite functional (washing machine (but nowhere to hang the cloths though).
