Very clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. very nice and professional staff. really nothing to complain about. If i have to find something its that the outlets in the room are not children safe.

Everything. Good breakfast. Good location. Close to 0 tram to train station and U1 underground subway.

We arrived in the afternoon of June 9th. The man at the reception was quite rude and impolite throughout the check in process. He acted as if we bothered him a lot. We didn’t feel welcome at all.

Customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The room was large, comfortable, and excellent overall. Breakfast was very good, with a nice coffee machine, fresh bread, ham, and several other options available. Overall, the hotel experience was excellent. The location was convenient and close to public transportation. However, the first impression of the area does not really feel like Vienna — it feels more like a typical large city with not much to do nearby. The only thing we did not particularly like was the surrounding area. Although the hotel itself was excellent and very convenient for transportation, the neighborhood did not really give the feeling of being in Vienna.

Bed was very comfortable, clean. Breakfast was good.

Hotel room was clean and felt fresh, location easily accessible by public transport, bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet to get your Vienna day started, very helpful staff, would use this hotel again…

I asked repeatedly to have my towels changed and it did not happen The room was on the street side and it was a bit noisy also during the night

The amazing moment was the accessible elevator and the accessible bathroom. No complaints, just an opportunity for improvement - It would be amazing to have a coffee automat (or something) available during the day, not just during the breakfast.

This was a hidden gem in Vienna, a few blocks from the major train station but also quiet and comfortable. I was in need of rest from travel and honestly did not hear *anything* from outside my room. I was convinced I was the only hotel guest (traveled off season) until I physically saw another guest. I saw my room by the stairs and elevator and thought there would’ve been noise. Thoroughly impressed with the building and staff, 10/10 definitely stay here. I can’t honestly think of anything bad. The restaurant is not open late but plenty of nearby food options, coupled with food deliver apps, I did not go hungry.

- Very nice, spacious and clean room, modern equipment. - Great breakfast, variety of choices. - The location is fine, close to the Hauptbahnhof. - Nice and friendly staff. - Possibility of early check-in (from 2 pm) and later check-out (at 12 noon).

It's situated in a bit of a weird neighbourhood. I never felt threatened, but avoid being around the Keplerplatz metro station after 8pm or so, weirdos around. Great kebab shops around though

The breakfast had many options and we all really enjoyed everything. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Comfortable and spacious room

Comfortable room with mini bar and bathroom with hot water to shower. Mediocre breakfast, property located not that close to center but there were tram and metro stations nearby. Also the staff were not so kind.
