New and fresh Communication with management was a little difficult Took five days to have her approve using my fire stick on the TV. All channels were in German An issue that could’ve been resolved in minutes

The breakfast was decent. Initially, I was given a room without a desk; the room had a staircase at one end - forcing me to bow or bend my body to get accross. I hit my head once. After protesting, I was allotted another room

Everything was good besides: 1. The neighborhood is not good. We wanted to get something to eat in the evening and we didn't feel safe on the street. 2. Parking is extra 35 Euro and we were not prepared for this.

Very clean, staff was very friendly. Location is quite alright, very close to U-Bahn so we had no trouble getting around the city.

Breakfast could definitely be improved, as it doesn't match what you would expect from a four-star hotel in Vienna. The selection was exactly the same every morning, with limited variety. Surprisingly, this was the first hotel I've stayed at that didn't offer either scrambled or fried eggs for breakfast :). The fresh waffles were a nice touch and probably the highlight of the breakfast. The staff were generally polite, but at times they seemed a bit disorganized.

It was a little more outside the city center than I thought, about 20-30 min via train/bus. But not terrible. The staff wasn’t always friendly, but overall helped with what we needed.
