Gorgeous hotel, every corner is tastefully decorated. The service is excellent. Close to public transport. We loved staying here. Staff is extremely helpful. Money well spent. There’s no coffee in the rooms ?also please add ramp for the luggage at entrance door.

The room was well decorated, a good size and the bathroom was very good. particularly the water pressure. The staff was terrific. Stephanie from the front desk was quite helpful and eager to get things sorted, including a late checkout. The hotel has a fun vibe and good connections to the U4 The wifi was slow, sometimes completely disconnecting. wish the bed had more than two pillows be default.

Super cozy, quiet rooms with probably the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on in a hotel. I also really appreciated how clean everything was (speaking as a bit of a clean freak!). The attention to detail throughout the room was lovely, and the décor felt very chic. Also the lobby and bar downstairs were very hip. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and happy to help. I also liked the option to receive a free drink if you chose to skip room service. I did so, just because I prefer to avoid unnecessary housekeeping anyway even without taking advantage of it, but I thought it was a thoughtful initiative. The bathroom floor heating was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked very well. The location is excellent - just a short walk from a metro station, making it super easy to reach from both the airport and the train station. The neighborhood felt very safe, with grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, and beauty shops all nearby. It's also about a 20-minute walk to the city center along pleasant streets. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I visit Vienna. The only minor downsides were that the lighting, while creating a lovely cozy atmosphere, was a bit too dim around the mirrors if you need to do your makeup after dark. It wasn't a major issue, just something to be aware of. There's also a heavily tinted window between the bathroom and the bedroom that might reveal some shadows while showering ( I was alone, so can't confirm). It didn't bother me, but it's worth keeping in mind depending on who you're traveling with. Finally, my room overlooked the inner courtyard, which wasn't particularly scenic - but once you step outside, the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful.

Value for money is there. Location is ok. Room was clean, this is very important. One of the best croissants that I have eaten for a long long time. The whole hotel is in some kind of a dark mode, dark walls, dark bathrooms, dark hallways...for me not so appealing but it is not ugly.

Wonderful service, the room was great, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great. I didn't had the chance to enjoy the bar, but I will do my next time at this hotel. Definitely will be back, and I will be back with my wife. Nothing in Particular, maybe the room and the bathroom showed signs of old. but Is OK. is Understandable that the place will not be fully brand new. So nothing that I will say this was a deal breaker for me

The staff went out of their way to answer every question and take care of every need. We will be back next year. It would have been really nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

The staff was by far the nicest staff I've ever encountered in any hotel! Rooms were very clean. Hotel bar and breakfast were decent and the lobby was a wonderful area to just lounge. Location is also really good, everything was within 30min walking! The pillows were not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. But the worst part of the hotel was that the air condition wasn't working properly, so the room got way too hot for comfort and opening the window made the room freezing cold (but manageable under a blanket).

Quiet and safe location. Very clean and very friendly staff. It had one of the best lobby areas we've seen, with a pool table and quite a lot of board games and interesting books. Also, the pick-up player and vinyls in the room were a very pleasant and unique addition.
