The location of the accommodation was excellent. I received such a warm welcome upon arrival, and this kindness continued throughout my stay. The hosts were consistently attentive and made me feel very well looked after. There is also a beautifully designed and stylish café attached to the accommodation, which serves breakfast and brunch during the day and operates as a bar in the evening. I had a delicious brunch there. This was my first time staying somewhere with a shared bathroom, but I was pleasantly surprised by how private and discreet the experience felt. I never ran into any of the other guests, and the bathroom itself was spacious. My room was small, but I absolutely loved it. It had a cosy atmosphere, modern furniture, and a beautiful white-and-cream colour scheme. There was also a sink in the room, which I found especially convenient as a woman. The accommodation is located just around the corner from Mariahilfer Straße, approximately a one-minute walk away. This made my stay extremely convenient, as several attractions and activities were within walking distance, while others were easily accessible by public transport. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to couples and solo travellers alike. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Vienna. Thank you to the hosts for their exceptional kindness and hospitality! There was no waste bin in the room.

Not sure if the room was even cleaned before we came. This was the state of it when we arrived. Also received no response from the property manager after sending the pictures.

Good location but kind tricky to get in, however the bartender on the bar was really nice and helpful Unfortunately there is a bar downstairs and during our stay they had party until really late and we had problems to sleeps since it was possible to hear literally everything

Nothing - the Host didn't contact me to check in, I searched another place to stay and my money I paid GONE The Host ignores my messages and I didn't got inside the property, I had to search another hotel to stay. Be aware and keep your money safe.

Good location There should be air conditioner according to the description, bit it wasn't. One day some girl came to my room because they gave her wrong key. I was sleeping and surprised to see the unknoen girl in my room. Personal even do not say sorry.

No information on breakfast. But when I found it, it was good. One shower for approximately 20 rooms that I had to find first, but it was clean and worked. Toilet paper in shared toilet running out fast. Room was clean and okay. Just a sink in the room (as advertised).

Central location extremely close to museum quarter. Room is basic but fine, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and amenable. The price was superb. Check in system is a mess and comms from the hotel were pool. You need to go to Daeniels Bistrot next door to get your key and check in but this won’t be communicated to you. Ignore the outdated information outside the hotel main door. Shared toilet but I wasn’t aware of this. Broken TV that doesn’t turn on.

Staff was extremely friendly. Amazing location as it was central to everything you needed. Lack of fan / air-conditioning made it a sauna. Opening the window helped but the place is located above some busy night-life so it can get loud. On one night, the party downstairs left at 3am. Also, no hand wash basin in the toilet was concerning.
