This hotel was truly excellent …from location..transportation…comfort…exceptional staff ….particularly Stefan….who couldn’t be more helpful with anything you required….including getting tickets from transit to Opera…highly recommend…the breakfast was outstanding as well. If going to Vienna an absolute must would absolutely stay there again.

Exceptional service, traditional and elegant decor, great breakfast, spacious rooms, It’s about 20 min walking from the main tourist area of Vienna. Not really a big deal though.

Too much noise. I could hear every single conversation of the couple in the next room. The bistro was not open the evening I arrived.

Amazing breakfast, including lovely smoothies and great coffee. Just spectacular way to start the day. Nice bathrooms. Location on beautiful quiet street in a convenient residential neighborhood, not too far to walk to U bahn.

Room was clean, no carpets, big bathroom. Quiet and comfortable. The bed was nice. Tram is just nearby and easy, hotel can provide daily pass, which was amazing. Breakfast was not bad, but very small selection of food. The dining area has small tables, for reference, a table for 2 is not really enough for 2 people.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and kind, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is also great — only about 15 minutes from the city center and well connected to many good spots in the city. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, which we really enjoyed. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. I noticed some mold spots in the bathroom and a few spider webs on the ceiling, which took away from the overall comfort.

The location was amazing and it was very calm we loved it so much, the breakfast was also very good, and the room was very good as well and we enjoyed out stay there a lot. We loved everything, but we would've loved if there would've been a bidet sprayer it would've been really helpful for us, but other than that everything was good.

The location was very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The beds, including the sofa bed, worked well for our family. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and handled issues professionally. Breakfast was okay with enough variety. The key card system was not working at check-in, so we did not receive our cards at first and had to be escorted to the room. There was no air conditioning until the cards were activated, and the room was humid. Breakfast service was careless with stained cups and a missing item. The room had enough sleeping space for a family of four but still felt small. Before checkout, we returned to find our room door visibly open with no one inside, just our belongings. It was stressful, and even though nothing was stolen, it was a clear security lapse. We later found out it was housekeeping who had left the door open during their final room check.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot, with many key attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for both families and solo travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Vienna. Nil

Room was very dark and quiet at night. Staff were courteous and helpful speaking many different languages between the team members. Would be nicer if there were options for early arrivals.
