The interior design, it was cosy, the staff were really friendly, and the location The mini fridge wasn’t too clean and my bathroom bin was broken

Reception staff were very helpful and the room was perfect for a short stay. Everything was perfectly clean and the room facilities seemed brand new. Location was good - easy walk to and from the airport bus and very close to the nearest metro stop. I've had better breakfasts in other similar hotels.

Great stay near Prater I had a very pleasant stay at Spark by Hilton in Vienna. The location right by Prater was excellent, especially if you’re planning to spend a lot of time there. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room had everything I needed and was very clean. The only thing I missed was a larger wardrobe or more storage space for clothes, especially for a longer stay. The breakfast was also a highlight — tasty, fresh, and with a great variety of options. The only downside is the area around the hotel. There aren’t many shops or restaurants nearby, so if you don’t plan to eat at the hotel restaurant, your options are somewhat limited. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly for anyone visiting Prater or looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Vienna.
